You’ll Need
- 60ml Bodega Blanco
- 90ml Grapefruit Soda
- 75ml Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Simple Syrup
Garnish
Grapefruit Wedge
For the Rim
Paprika Chipotle Salt
Let’s Make It
Prep the glass
Take a chilled Highball glass and rim it with Paprika Chipotle Salt.
Build the base
Add the Bodega Blanco, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
Bring the fizz
Place a tall piece of ice in the glass and top with grapefruit soda.
Garnish & serve
Finish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
